Article 226. Any person who will report the closure of a scheduled air ransportation service in accordance with the provisions of Article 118 of the Law hall submit to the Minister of Transport a Report of Closure of Scheduled Air ransportation Service, describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Route which has been closed;
(3)Date of closure;
(4)Reasons necessitating the closure.
(Stock and Public Notice)
Article 226-(2). The stock specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of ransport under article 120-(2)paragraph 1 of this Law shall be the stock which is egistered for its sale price to be published on an over-the-counter exchange under he regulations of the Securities Dealers Association (Securities Dealers ssociation specified by the provisions of Article 67 paragraph 1 of Securities xchange Law (Law No.25, 1938)).
2. The public notice under Article 120-2 paragraph 2 shall be made at every egular general meeting of stock-holders according to the procedures for public otice specified by the articles of incorporation.
3. The ratio specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under rticle 120-(2)paragraph 2 shall be one-fourth.
